What they wanted
A practical solution to ongoing issues of call-tracking. The system was required to record when a call was recieved, which employee took the call and further action required.
ginSoaked developed a call-tracking system to enable 5pm.co.uk to track incoming calls. The system allows all staff access to recent call records. Future plans include widening the scope of the system to incorporate other customer relationship and project management issues.
